ORDERS

Choose your shoes and add them to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to shopping cart” button. Once you have finished your selection, click on the “Buy” button.
All orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 hours (peninsular Spanish time), will be ready to leave our warehouse the same day on working days if the order would come later than 13.00 h., it will be processed the day after.

SHIPMENTS

The time limits listed below are computed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and can be altered by local or national holidays. If the chosen payment method is bank transfer, delivery process will start at the moment we received from the bank the transfer confirmation. All orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 hours (peninsular Spanish time), will be ready to leave our warehouse the same day on working days if the order would come later than 13.00 h. , it will be processed the day after. As your shoes leave our warehouse you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you will see the track your shipment in www.ups.com.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the time you received the order. That´s is the legal terms for real shopping. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your shoes. You have the right to try on your shoes as if you had purchased them in any physical store. In Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal, shipping and return costs are included. In other geographies, in case of return, shipping and return costs will be deducted from the total amount at the time of refund. Note that our shoes are handmade and it is possible you can find minor details that make them unique.
